Solution Approach

“Flag format: 0xfun{}”

After more looking into the file this is acutually not SubGHz dump, its Bad USB (HID) Payload. And The .sub extension is a red herring.

Breakdown

Layer 1 Binary encoding in RAW_Data The RAW_Data: field normally holds RF pulse timing data. Here it’s been repurposed to store space-separated 8-bit binary values that decode to ASCII text (with a UTF-16 LE BOM prepended as a small jab). Just convert each group of 8 bits to its ASCII character.

Layer 2: Windows CMD obfuscation The decoded text is a .bat script that uses a classic CMD obfuscation technique, a variable is set to a scrambled 64-char alphabet, and every meaningful character in the commands is referenced as %var:~N,1% (extract 1 character at position N). Collecting all the indices and looking them up in the key string reconstructs the real script:

Layer 3: XOR ciphertext hidden in a CMD comment The hex blob 5958051a...616e lives in a comment line (comments are ignored at runtime, so the PS command only sees the two hint sentences). The two surrounding phrases are your XOR hints:

“i could be something to this” → the XOR key (28 bytes, applied cyclically)

“ive been encrypted many in ways” → just flavor text, it’s telling you the method, not a second key

Now here’s the interesting part, the key is 28 bytes but the ciphertext is 35 bytes, so how does the last _k3y} come out? The key just wraps around. positions 28–32 reuse key[0..4] which is “i cou”, and that’s exactly what decrypts the tail:
